Unrestricted Enrollment

We have now opened membership to any Counter-Strike mapper without first being invited. We made this change after we realized that some mappers felt that petitioning for membership is akin to begging. We will now run Counter-Strike Maps in the same manner that the owner of this site runs the Artistic Network. In other words, anyone can join and post their work... but only some maps will be featured on the front page.
